09/02/11 Breach Road, Marpool - 14 Homes Application REFUSED as would result in detrimental urbanising impact on the character and appearance of this green belt location.

15/08/11 Adale Road, Smalley - 83 Homes Application REFUSED as local concerns about road safety and inadequate H10 affordable housing offer of 3.6% and S106 community contributions. The Appeal will be heard by the Inspector on 13th December 2011 at 10am in the Chamber of Heanor Town Council.
